Imaging technology is a key tool in the clinical assessment of obstetric and gynecological conditions all over the world. The manual skills and background knowledge required for both screening and targeted ultrasound evaluation can be difficult to learn and rapid advances in ultrasound make the need for adequate education and training even more pressing. One of ISUOG’s missions is to promote and provide education and training in obstetric and gynecological ultrasound worldwide.
ISUOG has an established Education Committee which maintains and develops the educational activity of the Society. As well as its extensive approved educational course programme, ISUOG is actively developing new educational media including CD Roms, web lectures and guidelines. These resources are available to view through this website.
