‘Well done, good organising committee, good participation of audience, relevant discussions’
The second of the ISUOG educational course program was held on 1-2 April 2011 and again, organised in partnership with the RCOG and held at their headquarters in Regent’s Park.
Kurt Hecher and Christoph Brezinka chairing the course
We welcomed 110 delegates from 32 difference countries.
Some positive comments from our attendees:
‘Congratulations on a good course’
‘All speakers gave excellent talks’
As has become a customary for all our courses and events, all the course sessions were recorded and are now available to view on the ISUOG website for course delegates and ISUOG members.
The program included high-profile speakers such as Stuart Campbell, Torvid Kiserud and Giuseppe Rizzo, as well as presentations from the course organisers, Kurt Hecher and Christoph Brezinka.

After each session, there was opportunity for audience participation, discussion and question and answer with all the speakers, which helped to expand on the themes covered by the lecture, and ensure that all delegates were full immersed and involved with the topics. The discussion sessions and audience Q&A are also available to view on the website using the link above.
Q&A session with Giuseppe Rizzo
We would like to thank all the speakers for their involvement in bringing the course together and giving their time to participate in the program and discussion.
As for the Anomalies course in February, the interactive voting system used by the RCOG enabled delegates to vote in response to speaker questions during some of the presentations, and also provide feedback at the end of each session.
ISUOG would also like to thank Astraia who exhibited at the event.
