With more than 13,500 members in over 128 nations, ISUOG is an international membership society that aims to improve health outcomes for women across the world. By working with our international community, we aim to ensure the wide availability of our resources through the geographical distribution of our Education events and resources, Annual World Congress, International Symposium and Outreach program.

ISUOG recognises and gives approval to quality courses held in a multitude of countries that are submitted for sponsorship. So far 2015, 67 of these courses were held in 30 different countries. Find an ISUOG Approved Course near you or submit an application for course approval.
Delivering quality education courses internationally in subspecially interest areas, ISUOG offers Intensive Courses, which are also recorded to build a growing resource of online learning materials for our members, and an annual International Symposium.
ISUOG has a regularly contributing faculty of 100 international speakers who are capable of traveling to support our teaching activities worldwide. The International Faculty includes respected practitioners in the field of ultrasound in obstetrics and gynecology from 28 different countries.
ISUOG’s new Ambassador program aims to support membership growth and provide educational opportunities in underrepresented regions of the world. Representing various world regions, our Ambassadors have been appointed in recognition of the work they are already doing to further ISUOG’s mission to improve education in key regions and to support our continued membership development.
ISUOG OUTREACH PROGRAM:
The ISUOG Outreach Program provides hands-on training in ultrasound, supported by essential theoretical knowledge in under developed world regions. As maternal mortality continues to be the leading cause of death of women in under deserved regions, ISUOG Outreach works to improve the delivery of ultrasound services in obstetrics and gynecology in the regions, working with expert volunteers to promote sustainable health outcomes.
ISUOG is committed to making the Society’s resources as available as possible to its international audience. Currently, ISUOG's Practice Guidelines have been translated fully into Spanish, Portuguese, French, Russian, and Chinese. ISUOG's Trainee program offers two years FREE online membership to trainees specialising in ultrasound for obstetrics and gynecology, offered in partnership with registering bodies of organisations. In 2015, over 4,339 trainees from across 47 nations were registered with ISUOG under the program.
