Your journal subscription will be fulfilled by John Wiley & Sons, The Atrium, Southern Gate, Chichester, West Sussex, PO19 8SQ UK.
We reserve the right not to accept or process your membership for any reason.
ISUOG Membership is non-transferable
We will deliver the journals to the address you notify to us when you subscribe. Please allow up to eight weeks for delivery although journals are sent prior to the calendar month of issue. You agree that we will not be responsible for failure to deliver the journals if you have supplied us with an incorrect address. We reserve the right to dispose of incorrectly addressed envelopes and their contents without an obligation to refund you or any other person if they are returned to us and, despite efforts to contact you, we do not receive correct address details.
We will also not be liable to you for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of journals where such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our control or the control of our sub–contractors and agents, including but not restricted to local postal services, electricity power failure, utilities failure, failure of telecommunications links, failure of transport infrastructure, fire, flood, government act, war, act of God, legislative constraints, strikes, labour disputes or malicious damage involving employees.
Our liability to you in the event of journals being lost in dispatch shall be at our discretion, and will be limited to replacement of the missing issues.
These Terms and Conditions do not and shall not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law.
