Please note that commercial support of educational activities must occur within the relevant CME standards governing such activities. ISUOG has to its best ability accounted for any known restrictions within the activities listed however sponsoring companies are informed that entitlements are subject ot adjustments as required in line with these regulations.
Note: Any educational activities undertaken by sponsors at the Congress venue for the benefit of ISUOG delegates are subject to approval of ISUOG.
Sponsorship levels
Key sponsorship status will be offered to companies according to their total sponsorship investment.
Diamond €66,000 plus a minimum of 56sqm exhibit*
Platinum €42,000 plus a minimum of 45sqm exhibit*
Gold €24,000 plus a minimum of 36sqm exhibit*
Silver €12,000 plus a minimum of 27sqm exhibit*
Bronze €6,000 plus exhibit*
* total sponsorship spend is calculated excluding exhibition space costs

1. Abstract book
Sole sponsorship: €7,500
Shared sponsorship (3 maximum): €3,000
The abstract book will be circulated to all delegates and has an expected print run of 2,500.
2. Bottle water
Cost: €3,000 plus production costs
Company logo on 10,000 bottles of water distributed throughout the duration of the Congress.
3. Catering breaks

4. Congress party
Cost: from €5,000
The Congress party will take place on Tuesday 12 October 2010 at the historic Zofin Palace and is open to all delegates, exhibitors and accompanying persons. Sponsors may choose to support a particular activity during the evening, such as a bar area or food station or just contribute to our overall costs.
5. Delegate bags
Cost: €4,000 + bag costs
Every delegate will receive a bag upon registration on site. Companies have the opportunity to place their logo on all distributed bags.
6. Directional signage SOLD
Cost: €4,000
Company logo on directional signage throughout the venue.
7. Educational workshops / livescans NEW!
Cost: €4,000
New for 2010 are parallel workshops running every afternoon (Monday to Wednesday) in response to delegate feedback to increase the didactic content of the program. They will provide an excellent opportunity for industry to be involved through technical support of the session (for example, live scan demonstrations).
8. Gobos
Cost: €1,000
Company logo displayed in a foyer area of the congress venue.
9. Internet cafe
Cost: €2,500 + equipment
10. Joining instructions SOLD
Cost: €1,000
Company logo on the joining instructions emailed to all delegates prior to the event.
11. Live scan demonstration sessions SOLD
Cost: €4,000 per session
Demonstration sessions are scientific sessions which are defined by ISUOG but include a live scan demonstration of a particular technique or technology. Sponsoring companies will be asked to provide their equipment for use during the demonstration.
12. Live scanning and hospitality suites #
Cost: from €6,500 per day
Sponsors have the opportunity to demonstrate their equipment and any technical developments to delegate groups and clients. Advertised activities may only take place during scheduled break times, although sponsors may host individuals and small groups throughout the day by invitation.
These rooms can be 'upgraded' to satellite education areas - this would allow sponsors to host advertised activities throughout the day.
13. Opening ceremony
Cost: €5,000
A unique opportunity to suppport the only plenary session time at the Congerss. The session will include high profile lectures, and the opening ceremony will feature a performance from the Black Light Theatre Company.
14. Pens and notepads
Cost: in kind, available to key sponsors only
15. Pocket program SOLD
Cost: €3,000
The pocket program will contain the program at a glance and map of the meeting rooms.
16. PowerPoint poster sessions & viewing stations SOLD
Cost: €10,000
This is includes branding of all poster discussion sessions, viewing and stations and (if application received in time) the poster submission website. All posters at the Congress are electronic.
17. Pre-congress courses
Cost: €6,500 per course
Courses will take place on Sunday 10 October, 08:00-13:00 -
- Pelvic floor ultrasound: course director, Hans-Peter Dietz (Australia)
- 11-14 week scan: course director, Kypros Nicolaides (UK)
18. Registration area
Cost: €5,000
Exclusive sponsorship of the online and onsite registration area.
19. Satellite symposia #
Cost: €7,000
Companies have the opportunity to hold a programmed one hour lunchtime symposium in the main session halls or an evening reception.
20. Speaker preparation rooms
Cost: €3,000
All speakers at the congress need to check in to the speaker preparation room giving companies great brand exposure.
21. Sponsored bar
Cost: €2,000 + bar costs
22. Welcome reception
Cost: €7,000
Approx. 1,000 delegates are expected to attend the Welcome Reception on Sunday 10 October. Event catering will be provided by ISUOG.
23. WIFI areas
Cost: €2,500 + costs
Give delegates to the venue's wireless network.
