Pre-Congress courses, 'Meet the professor' breakfast sessions, accompanying persons program and social event information will be announced in January 2011 when full registration opens. Abstract submitters will be informed of this and can update existing registrations
Registration cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be sent, in writing, to Congrex UK Ltd. Cancellations will be accepted up to and including 18 August 2011, with a refund of all prepaid fees minus a 20% cancellation charge. Refunds after this date will only be made under exceptional circumstances and will be at the sole discretion of the Organising Committees. No refunds will be made for requests received after 30 September 2011.
