ACCME accreditation (USA)
This CME activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the Joint Sponsorship of the Institute for Medical Studies (IMS) and The International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology (ISUOG). IMS is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
IMS designates this educational activity for a maximum of 43.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Sonographers may use credits earned at these activities for the purpose of maintaining their registry with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS). ARDMS accepts AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. This program is not affiliated with or endorsed by ARDMS.

CME attendance certificates
In order to receive your certificate of attendance for the congress, you must complete the CME evaluation form, to be given to you on arrival at the Congress in your delegate bag, and return it to the registration desk.
Please make sure that you complete the form at the time of each session, in order to give us accurate feedback. Certificates will be available from Wednesday 21 September 2011 onsite at the Congress venue.
