This course is being directed by Dr Aly Youssef (ISUOG Ambassador to Egypt and North Africa) and Prof. Rasha Kamel (ISUOG International Faculty). Other speakers are Prof. Sahar Saleem (ISUOG International Faculty) and Dr. Islam Badr.

Prof. Rasha Kamel is currently a Professor of Ob/Gyn, Cairo University Hospitals, Consultant of fetal medicine, CAIFM, where she teaches undergraduates, postgraduates and ultrasound specialists.
She supervises management of inpatients and labour ward patients as well as minimal and major surgical procedures carried out in the university hospitals.
She organises basic and advanced ultrasound teaching courses as well as specialised courses.
Her work also entails research and currently conducting various projects with international bodies.

Prof. Sahar Saleem's professional career in academia has been intensely focused on obstetrics and gynecology imaging, particularly using MRI. She authored several articles and has contributed to multiple books in the domain of imaging in obstetrics and gynecology. She has given lectures at ISUOG Approved Courses and abstracts in several international and national conferences.
Prof. Saleem did a post-doctoral fellowship in Education of Radiology and MRI at the University of Western Ontario, Canada. She adopted a problem-based teaching method in the scientific programs she designed, while also remaining aware of the evaluation methods of students, assessment of teachers and accreditation of education programs.
