Proof of status: All trainees, residents, sonographers and radiographers will need to submit proof of their trainee, resident, sonographer or radiographer status by way of a letter from their Department or Institution. Sonographer definition: A sonographer is a non-physician medical imaging professional who performs diagnostic medical sonography, or diagnostic ultrasound.
Trainee/resident definition: A trainee is a medical professional who is not yet fully qualified or practicing without supervision within their chosen specialty and in accordance with the relevant national regulatory authorities; a resident is in residency training which leads to specially or subspecialty) certification.

Prof. Lil Valentin has been a Professor in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Lund University, Sweden, since 2002. She is Head of the Ultrasound Unit, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Skåne University Hospital Malmö, Sweden. Her research is mainly in gynecologic ultrasound, especially Doppler ultrasound (both 2D and 3D), but also obstetric ultrasound (RCT on nuchal translucency screening, cervix in pregnancy, cesarean hysterotomy scars).
With more than 200 scientific publications and vast teaching experience, she is often an invited speaker at Congresses and courses. She has organised many ultrasound courses herself and is a current member of the Editorial Board for Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr Antonia Carla Testa studied medicine at the Catholic University in Rome. She did her residency in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the same university and specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She obtained a Doctorate in fetal and pediatric cardiological sciences.
Since 1998 she worked in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Catholic University in Rome. In 2004 she became an Assistant Professor in the same University. Since 1989 she has been involved in ultrasound research, at first in the use of Doppler velocimetry in pregnancy and then in the study of ovarian masses and oncological pathologies. At present she is in charge of the gyne-oncological ultrasound service at the Catholic University in Rome.

Prof. Gian Franco Zannoni is the chief of the Gynecological Pathology and Breast Pathology Unit of Agostino Gemelli University Polyclinic and associate professor at Catholic University of Sacred Hearth, Rome.
His research fields regard the pathological and molecular features of gynecological neoplasms, including ovarian cancer, endometrial and cervical cancer, as well as mesenchymal neoplasms of the gynecological tract.
He is on the Editorial Board of Pathologica and World Scientific Journal and participated as a reviewer for the following international journals: Human Pathology; Virchow Archives; Gynecologic Oncology; International Journal of Clinical Pathology; BMC Cancer; International Journal of Gynecological Cancer; European Journal of Surgical Oncology; Pathology Research and Practice; Archives of Gynaecology and Obstetrics; International Journal of Medical Sciences; Journal of Postgraduate Medicine: Journal of Medical Case Reports.
His research activity includes over 220 scientific publications in international journals and participated as coauthor for WHO 2014 Female Genital Tumors guidelines.

Dr Valentina Bertoldo is a gynecologist with ultrasound expertise. She works in the Gynecology Oncology department at the Agostino Gemelli University Hospital, IRCCS in Rome.
Dr. Valentina Bertoldo is a gynecologist with ultrasound expertise. She has recently specialized cum laude in Obstetrics and Gynecology in University of Padua with a thesis titled “New advanced imaging tools in gynecologic oncology: the fusion technique”. During her studies she has been a clinical and research fellow at the Agostino Gemelli University Hospital, IRCCS in Rome, with special interest in ultrasound and colposcopy. She worked in the Gynecology Oncology department at the Agostino Gemelli University Hospital, IRCCS in Rome until October 2021.
Her research is mainly in gynecologic ultrasound, especially in regards to gynecologic oncology, and endometriosis.

Prof. Daniela Fischerova is specialized in O&G (1st and 2nd degree, 2000, 2004), clinical oncology (2005), and gynecological oncology (2011). She hold a PhD in experimental surgery (2008). She works as a professor at the First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University (2012). Since 2016, she serves as a Board member of the International Society of Ultrasound in O&G (ISUOG) and since 2021 she also becomes a Board member of the European Society of Gynaecological Oncology (ESGO). At a national level, she serves as the Vice President of the Czech Ultrasound Society in O&G and Board member of Czech Gynecologic Oncology society. She is academically very active in ultrasound imaging of gynecological cancer and passionate about promoting implementation of ultrasound in cancer staging, particularly by teaching and international research cooperation. She established Scientific and Educational Ultrasound Centre at Charles University. Twice a year she organises International Workshop on Ultrasound in Gynecologic Oncology (IWUGO) in Prague.

Davor Jurkovic is a Consultant Gynaecologist and Director of Gynaecology Diagnostic and Outpatient Treatment Unit at University College Hospital London. His main clinical and academic interest is the use of ultrasound in the diagnosis and management of early pregnancy and gynaecological abnormalities. He has pioneered the use of colour Doppler in gynaecology and early pregnancy as well as the use of three-dimensional ultrasound for the diagnosis of congenital uterine anomalies. He has published more than 250 papers in the international peer review journals and has edited five books on gynaecological ultrasound. Read more.
