Hours Per Week: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm (The nature of the work is such that employees may be required from time to time to work outside the hours stated or from locations outside the UK including occasional international travel)
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum
Location: London, W10

About the role:
You will join us as a Membership Engagement Coordinator in a vital role in the growth and retention of ISUOG’s members and increasing the Society’s profile internationally. You will be implementing strategies to engage with existing members with the purpose of retaining them whilst providing the highest quality of customer service. You will be responsible for creating and delivering marketing and promotion strategies across all member products, including content on the website, social media and newsletter.
To be able to perform this role you will need a good honours degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant role. You will need CRM / CMS / Website project experience, possess excellent organisation and communication skills, manage a varied and unpredictable workload and be IT literate with experience on using databases and Power Point. Experience of managing social media and digital communications is also required. You will be proactive and autonomous and at the same time, a team player, dynamic, well organised and willing to take responsibility.
