Early bird discount: The early bird discount is available to those who register, and complete registration fee payment, by the early bird deadline.
 
Sonographer, trainee, resident middle income country and low resource country discounts are explained further below. Sonographer and resident/trainee registrations will need to submit proof of their sonographer or resident/trainee status at the time of registration in order to have access to the Symposium. Please email your proof to registration@isuog.org as soon as you register. If no proof can be obtained and provided with your registration, please register with the full registration fee instead.

  • Leading scientific program: Delivered by international faculty and local North American experts in obstetrics, gynecology and ultrasound

  • ISUOG membership: All non-member registration fees include a 12-month ISUOG basic membership, so as well as access to the high-quality scientific program, your membership will give you access to ISUOG resources and discounted access to ISUOG events, including the 2021 World Congress
  • CME/CPD: ISUOG is seeking accreditation for delegates that attend the event live and will confirm details as soon as possible
  • Networking opportunities: We will be creating online networking opportunities for you to meet with other obstetrics, gynecology and ultrasound specialists socially and professionally

Sonographer and trainee/resident discount

ISUOG's mission is to disseminate the highest quality education to the broadest audience. To support this aim, we have ensured that sonographers and trainees/residents have discounted registration fees. 
 
Proof of status: To qualify for this discount, all sonographers and trainees/residents will need to submit proof of their sonographer or trainee/resident status by way of a letter from their Department or Institution. The document can be uploaded at the time of registering, or sent by email to registration@isuog.org.
 
Sonographer definition: A sonographer is a non-physician medical imaging professional who performs diagnostic medical sonography, or diagnostic ultrasound.
 
Trainee definition: A trainee is a medical professional who is not yet fully qualified or practicing without supervision within his or her chosen specialty and in accordance with the relevant national regulatory authorities.
 
Resident definition: A resident is in residency training which leads to specialty (or subspecialty) certification - in Canada this would be by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC).

Low resource country discount

ISUOG's mission is to disseminate the highest quality education to the broadest audience. To support this aim, we have ensured that attendees from low resource countries have the lowest registration fees. 
 
Eligible countries: The low resource country list can be viewed here: Low resource countries list (Groups A and B). No other discounts can be used in conjunction with this rate.

Middle income country discount

ISUOG's mission is to disseminate the highest quality education to the broadest audience. To support this aim, we have ensured that attendees from middle income countries have access to reduced registration fees. 
 
Eligible countries: ISUOG has identified the following countries whose economies fall within the middle income category as defined by the World Bank. Delegates from these countries can qualify for the reduced middle income registration fees. Delegates from countries categorised as low resource (see Low resource countries list (Groups A and B)) can qualify for even greater discounts. No other discounts can be used in conjunction with this rate.

Membership entitlements

Non-members: All non-members registering for the international symposium will receive ISUOG basic membership for 12 months, starting approximately within one month from registration. When registering, you will have the opportunity to pay and upgrade your basic membership if you wish, to include a 12-month subscription to the Journal Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology (UOG) either online (only) or hard copy print and online.
