Please read the following information if you have been asked to submit an EP.

ONSITE submissions:
 
  • Maximum of 1 (one) PowerPoint slide is allowed.
  • VP’s must be uploaded as a .PPTX file only (maximum file size: 500MB).
  • Download ISUOG’s VP template here. You can use your own template if preferred.
 
VIRTUAL submissions:
 
  • Maximum of 1 (one) PowerPoint slide is allowed.
  • Presenters have the option to include narration as part of their single slide. ISUOG is allowing the inclusion of an audio recording, up to 2 (two) minutes with your slide. Please note this is not mandatory.
  • To record narration we recommend you use the ‘Record Slide Show’ function in PowerPoint. Click here for more detailed instructions. Total duration of your narration must not exceed 2 (two) minutes.
  • Recommendation: if you include narration, rehearse giving your presentation and time yourself ahead of capturing the final recording. Make sure you only upload the final presentation you are happy to share with our audience.
  • VP’s must be uploaded as a .PPTX file only, containing your audio recording if relevant (maximum file size: 500MB).

Deadline to submit:
 
The deadline to submit your slides and/or pre-recorded presentation is 24 August 2022.
