Abstract submitter discount
Discount: Abstract submitters will benefit from a £50 discount off the applicable full registration fee. Discounts are not applicable to the reduced rates for low resource and middle income countries and to special registration code discounts. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with another discount. The abstract submitter discount is only valid until the abstract presenter registration deadline (11 July 2023). Presenting authors of accepted abstracts need to register by this date, otherwise abstracts will be withdrawn. The abstract submitter discount will only be honoured until this date.
Before registering: Please submit your abstract(s) before registering; a discount code will be emailed to you at the end of the abstract submission process. Please use this code when registering to receive your discount.
Trainees/residents and sonographers/radiographers
Proof of status: All trainees, residents, sonographers and radiographers will need to submit proof of their trainee, resident, sonographer or radiographer status by way of a letter from their Department or Institution. The letter must be in English and dated within the last 3 months. The document can be uploaded at the time of registering or sent by email to [email protected].
Sonographer definition: A sonographer is a non-physician medical imaging professional who performs diagnostic medical sonography, or diagnostic ultrasound.
Trainee/resident definition: A trainee is a medical professional who is not yet fully qualified or practicing without supervision within their chosen specialty and in accordance with the relevant national regulatory authorities; a resident is in residency training which leads to specially (or subspecialty) certification.
Middle-income and low-resource discount
ISUOG's mission is to disseminate the highest quality education to the broadest audience. To support this aim, we have ensured that attendees from middle-income and low-resource countries have access to reduced registration fees.
Eligible countries: ISUOG has identified the following countries whose economies fall within the middle-income category as defined by the World Bank, and the low-resource category as defined by Research4Life. Delegates from these countries can qualify for the reduced registration fees. No other discounts can be used in conjunction with this rate.

Membership entitlements
Non-members: All non-members registering for the Congress will receive ISUOG basic membership for 12 months, starting approximately within one month from registration. When registering, you will have the opportunity to pay and upgrade your basic membership if you wish, to include a 12-month subscription to the Journal Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology (UOG) either online (only) or hard copy print and online.
Members: Basic membership for 12 months is included in the Congress registration fee for current members who registered with a member discounted fee. Your current membership will renew automatically for another 12 months at the basic membership level; if you would like to upgrade your current or renewed membership to include Journal subscription (online only, or print and online), please log into your ISUOG membership account and select ‘Upgrade’.

If you purchased an abstract book with your registration, please note these will be mailed to the address you provided on your registration form; the abstract book will be mailed to you after the Congress, and should reach you by end-December at the latest.
