Certificates of attendance
All delegates will receive an online evaluation form by email, after the live Congress has taken place. On completion of this online evaluation, delegates will be able to download their certificate of attendance. ISUOG will not provide a detailed record of sessions attended for delegates. All delegates are recommended to keep a note of their individual session attendance throughout events to aid with their self-certification process.
EACCME (Europe), AMA (USA), RCPSC (Canada) and other countries
The EACCME certification is available for people that watch the Congress live or on-demand until 17 November 2021.
The ISUOG Virtual World Congress on Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Online only, using 6Connex platform, United Kingdom, 15/10/2021-17/10/2021 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 21 European CME credits
(ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Information on the process to convert EACCME® credit to AMA credit can be found at www.ama-assn.org/education/earn-credit-participation-international-activities.
Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC®s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
Each participant can only receive the number of credits he/she is entitled to according to his/her actual participation at the event once he/she has completed the feedback form. Cf. criteria 9 and 23 of UEMS 2016.20. The EACCME® awards ECMEC®s on the basis of 1 ECMEC® for one hour of CME with a maximum of 8 ECMEC®s per day. Cf. Chapter X of UEMS 2016.20. The EACCME® has signed agreements with the following countries: Austria, Armenia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Regione Lombardia, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Tunisia, Turkey, United Kingdom. The countries with which the EACCME® has signed agreements will recognise EACCME® credits.
All the other countries may recognise EACCME® credits on a voluntary basis. For these countries you will also need to apply to the central or relevant regional accreditation authority.
Sonography Canada, ARDMS (USA) and BEN (the Netherlands)
The ISUOG World Congress 2021 is accreddited by Sonography Canada Continuing Professional Developent (CPD) Program for 17.1 live credits, up to 64.1 total credits through on-demand learning. Following the event, you will be sent a link to fill in an online evaluation form to receive a Certificate of Attendance. Once this survey has been completed, you will be redirected to our website where you can download and print off your personalised certificate. Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
