This intensive course offers a comprehensive and up-to-date exploration of the rapidly evolving role of artificial intelligence (AI) in gynaecological ultrasound, delivered by an international faculty of leading experts in ultrasound, imaging, and emerging technologies. Participants will enhance their understanding of the fundamental principles of AI and machine learning, including how these technologies are being integrated into ultrasound imaging to support detection, diagnosis, classification, and clinical decision-making.

The programme covers key topics including AI-assisted image acquisition and optimisation, automated image analysis, lesion and tumour characterisation, risk stratification of adnexal masses, assessment of endometrial and uterine pathology, and the application of AI in the diagnosis of gynaecological malignancies. It will also explore the current evidence for AI in clinical practice, the opportunities and limitations of automated ultrasound assessment, and important considerations around data quality, validation, reproducibility, bias, and the responsible implementation of AI technologies.
