The series opens with our specially selected expert panel, who met in September for World Patient Safety Day, comprising Prof Christoph Lees, Prof Andrea Dall’Asta, Prof Asma Khalil, Dr Raigam Jafet Martínez-Portilla and Dr Vincenzo Berghella.
