How do I become an ISUOG member?

To become an ISUOG member, first take a look at the different membership levels (basic membership, journal membership and print journal membership) to decide which membership level is best for you. Then click on Join us at the top right corner of our website. You will be asked for your contact details and payment information.

Once you have paid, you will receive a confirmation email and will be asked to set your login password. You will also be able to find your receipts and payments at anytime by logging into your ISUOG account and going to My ISUOG. 

How do I log in to My ISUOG (personalised page)?

If you are already a member or newsletter subscriber, click on Login at the top right corner of our website and enter your membership number or registered email address in the first field and then your password. Once you have logged in you can access all member content including UOG online, if you are a current Journal member.

How do I find my password?

You will be asked to create your individual password via email when you register as a member or email subscriber. If you cannot remember your password, please click on Forgotten password on the login page. Then enter your registered email address and we will send you a link to reset your password. This link will expire within 15 minutes.

How do I change my email address, password and other details?

First login to the ISUOG website, then go to Update details under My ISUOG. You can update all your contact details here. Your changes will be automitcally saved with us once you click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.

How do I find my membership number?

To find your ISUOG membership number, login using your registered email and password. Then click on My ISUOG in the top right corner. Your membership number will be shown underneath your name.

How do I upgrade my membership to include the UOG Journal?

If you would like to upgrade to receive the UOG Journal, first login using your email address and password. You will then see an ‘Upgrade’ button in the top right corner. Once you click on this you will be able to select and pay securely online to upgrade to online Journal membership or to add a print journal subscription. 

How do I upgrade from a newsletter subscriber to an ISUOG member?

If you would like to upgrade to become a member of the Society, please login in the normal way using your email address and password. You will then see an ‘Upgrade’ button in the top right corner. Please click on this and you will be able to select and pay your membership fee securely online.

How do I apply for free trainee membership?

Our trainee membership program provides free two-year membership to all trainees specialising in OB/GYN. This includes an online subscription to the UOG Journal. However, we don’t provide this on an individual level, rather through partnerships with registered organisations, in which the offer is available to all those undertaking relevant training within that organisation. Why is my email address not recognised?

The website will only recognise the email address that we have registered on our system. If you cannot remember which email address you registered, you can still login using your ISUOG membership number. You can also contact [email protected] and we will send you a reminder of all your login details.

How do I change my journal mailing address?

First login to the ISUOG website then click on Update details under My ISUOG. Saving the changes will automatically update our database and the information will be passed on to the publishers. Please be aware that journal address changes can take up to a month to become effective.

How long will it take for my print journal to arrive once I become a member or upgrade?

Your journals will start arriving within 6-8 weeks from the date you join or upgrade to include the print journal.

Print journal membership includes 12 issues of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology. If you become a print member before the 19th of the month, you will receive 12 issues starting with the following month's issue. If you become a print member after the 19th of the month, you will receive 12 issues starting with the issue after the following month. 

If you upgrade partway through your membership to include a print subscription, you will receive the number of copies per months remaining of your membership and you will be charged a pro-rata rate for the upgrade.

How can I access the Journal online?

ISUOG online and print Journal members are able to access the Journal online. All other members will need to upgrade their membership category. To view the Journal, first login to the ISUOG website then go to the Journal webpage and click on the read button that says "read the UOG Journal", which will redirect you to the Journal site. You will be able to access publications from 1991.

I’m having trouble accessing the journal online, what shall I do?

If you're unable to access the UOG Journal, please make sure that you are logged in. Once you are logged in, go into MyISUOG and check your subscription history to be sure that you have current Journal membership. If you don't, you will need to renew or upgrade.

If you’re still having trouble accessing UOG, clear your browser cookies and empty your browser's cache.

What is your refund policy for membership?

Membership refunds are only offered in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of ISUOG. Please email [email protected] if you have any questions in regards to refunds.

Is it safe to pay online?

Yes. We work with Worldpay, one of the leading online secure payment services. Paying online through our secure system is one of the safest ways to use your credit card, as the information is strongly encrypted and unlike sending your details through the post or by email, is much harder to intercept.

What if I am unable to pay online?
