This is an ISUOG Approved course organised by Oslo University Hospital.
The course is suitable for anyone performing ultrasound examinations in early pregnancy who wishes to strengthen their competence in diagnosing and managing ectopic pregnancies, miscarriages, and other early pregnancy complications. It presents up-to-date knowledge in a field that constitutes a substantial part of everyday clinical practice for many, yet has received limited attention in medical training. In light of the extensive revision of the chapters “Ectopic Pregnancy” and “Miscarriage” in the NGF guidelines, many will benefit from refreshing their knowledge in this area.
The course lecturers are internationally recognized experts in ectopic pregnancy and gynecological ultrasound. Although the course is primarily lecture-based, the content is carefully adapted to clinical practice, with emphasis on the practical application of ultrasound and the management procedures for ectopic pregnancy. The program also provides excellent opportunities for discussion and exchange of experience.
