*Abstract submitters from High-income countries (only) will receive a £50 discount off their applicable category's early bird fees, if they register in-person by the presenting author registration deadline: 30 April 2026No discounts will be offered for late registrations. The abstract discount will be applied by the use of the special presenter-identifying code (sent at the time of abstract submission confirmation) at the point of registration, and cannot be applied retrospectively, after registration completion. The abstract submission discount cannot be used in conjunction with low and middle income discounted registration fees, and cannot be applied at all to virtual registration, because all presenting authors must attend in person. There will be no possibility for virtual/pre-recorded abstract presentations. All abstract submitters must register for in-person attendance and be prepared/capable to present their abstract in person.

Membership entitlements (included in all registration fees and mandatory)

Non-members: All non-members registering for the Congress will receive ISUOG basic membership for 12 months, starting on the same day your registration and payment is received and confirmed. When registering, you will have the opportunity to pay and upgrade your basic membership if you wish, to include a 12-month subscription to the Journal Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology (UOG) either online (only) or hard copy print and online.
 
Members: Basic membership for 12 months is included in the Congress registration fee for current members who register with a member discounted fee (this additional membership / future membership renewal cannot be removed/separated from your Congress fee). Your current membership will renew automatically for another 12 months at the basic membership level, on the day it expires in the future; if you would like to also upgrade your current or renewed (future) membership to include Journal subscription (online only, or print and online), please log into your ISUOG membership account and select ‘Upgrade’ (please do so a few days after your Congress registration).

Abstract submitter discount

Discount: Abstract submitters will benefit from a £50 GBP discount off the applicable in-person registration fee. The abstract submitter discount is only valid until the abstract presenter registration deadline (30 April 2026). All presenting authors of submitted abstracts must register by this date, otherwise abstracts will be withdrawn. The abstract submitter discount will only be honoured until this date, and only on in-person registrations.
 
The abstract submission discount cannot be used in conjunction with low- and middle-income discounted registration fees.
 
If you have submitted an abstract, a discount code will be emailed to you when registration opens. Please use this code when registering to receive your discount.

Trainees/residents and sonographers/radiographers

Proof of status: All trainees, residents, sonographers and radiographers must submit proof of their trainee, resident, sonographer or radiographer status by way of a letter from their Department or Institution. The letter must be in English and dated within the last 3 months. The document can be uploaded at the time of registering or sent by email to [email protected].
 
Sonographer definition: A sonographer is a non-physician medical imaging professional who performs diagnostic medical sonography, or diagnostic ultrasound.
 
Trainee/resident definition: A trainee is a medical professional who is not yet fully qualified or practicing without supervision within their chosen specialty and in accordance with the relevant national regulatory authorities; a resident is in residency training which leads to specially (or subspecialty) certification.

Middle-income and low-resource country discount

ISUOG's mission is to disseminate the highest quality education to the broadest audience. To support this aim, we have ensured that attendees from middle-income and low-resource countries have access to reduced registration fees.
 
Eligible countries: ISUOG has identified the following countries whose economies fall within the middle-income and low-income category. Delegates from these countries can qualify for the reduced registration fees. 
 
Please note that the abstract submitter discont cannot be used in conjunciton with low- and middle-income discounted registration fees.

Printed abstract book

If you purchased a printed abstract book with your registration, please note these will be mailed to the address you provided on your registration form. The book will be mailed to you after the Congress, and should arrive by the end of December 2026 at the latest.
