Finance & Risk Committee member recruitment – (non-Trustee) Member at large

ISUOG’s Finance and Risk Committee is recruiting for a lay member with financial expertise to join this Committee to contribute to the oversight and support of the management of ISUOG’s finances, incl. investments, financial reporting, audit, risk and reserves management. This is not a Trustee position but represents an opportunity to play a major advisory role on a pro bono basis in a prestigious and ambitious charity.
We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate:
- Appropriate accounting qualification CCAB or equivalent experience
- Significant financial and/or audit experience
- Expertise of working in a committee or governance setting
- Understanding of UK charity regulation
