This intensive course offers a comprehensive and up-to-date exploration of the role of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the assessment, diagnosis, staging, and management of gynaecological conditions, delivered by an international faculty of leading experts. Participants will enhance their understanding of pelvic anatomy, MRI techniques and protocols, tissue characterisation, and the interpretation of complex pelvic pathology, with a focus on how MRI complements ultrasound in clinical practice.
The programme covers key topics including MRI assessment of ovarian, endometrial, cervical, and uterine pathology, characterisation of adnexal masses, evaluation of deep endometriosis, assessment of myometrial and cervical invasion, and the role of MRI in the staging of gynaecological malignancies. It will also explore the appropriate use of MRI alongside ultrasound, current imaging recommendations, and how advanced imaging findings can support clinical decision-making and multidisciplinary care.
