Join us on for our ISUOG Basic Training Full Theoretical Program in Erode, India. Please note that this course has been postponed until further notice.

As responsible caring organisations, the safety of the ISUOG members, delegates and staff, as well as all physicians and the patients they serve, are the highest priority. Minimising risk and the challenges presented by the emerging COVID-19 pandemic means that we are taking decisions that ensure that our doctors stay close to their hospitals and healthcare centres.

Lotus Fetal Medicine Centre, Mediscan and ISUOGhave made the decision to responsibly postpone this Basic Training Course until further notice. New dates are being discussed and will be announced as soon as possible.

This course will be delivered in partnership with the Lotus Fetal Medicine Centre Erode.

This four-day course will cover the entire ISUOG Basic Training theoretical curriculum, including lectures and live demonstrations on Obstetrical and Gynecological ultrasounds. Lectures for this course include the principles of Doppler ultrasound, evaluating fetal anatomy, and the basics of a gynecological ultrasound. This course is suitable for those new to ultrasound in Ob/Gyn who want to build on their foundational knowledge, and complete the ISUOG theoretical program.

Completing the theoretical program is the first step to obtaining a Basic Training Certificate of Completion. The presentations will be followed by a theoretical test, which will assess participants' knowledge of the curriculum. Those who pass with a score of 70% or higher will receive a certificate of completion for the theoretical program.
