February is Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) Awareness Month, which organically aligns with ISUOG’s global awareness initiative Every Little Heart Matters.
Launched back in September 2025, Every Little Heart Matters has come a long way in garnering the support of clinicians and patients alike. We have united ISUOG Ambassadors across the world with one central goal – to raise awareness of congenital heart disease in as many regions as possible, because every little heart matters, no matter how small or where it is in the world. Imaging should be a right, not a privilege.
Listen to the ISUOG Ambassadors call for action:
What can you do this month to help raise awareness of the importance of early detection of CHD?
Engage with the campaign on social media. Why not record your own message for your networks or use the #EveryLittleHeartMatters hashtag to help encourage important conversations amongst clinicians?
Expand your knowledge. ISUOG has relevant courses and resources that you can use to deepen your understanding on congenital heart disease. You can register for the ISUOG Fetal cardiology conference, taking place in May in Seville. Or access a wide range of free resources that you can download and share with your colleagues.
