Travelling in and around Cancun

  • Don't forget to pack a re-usable water bottle and earphones/headsets if you want to use Wordly audio 

Registration and badge collection

  • Registration will be located on the ground floor foyer of the venue. You must collect (self-print) your badge from the badge collection points, by typing on the touchscreens the email address or last name you used to register, before accessing the event
  • Please only use the registration support desks if you have a query/addition to make to your existing registration or have an outstanding balance to clear 
  • Invited Faculty: please come to the dedicated ‘faculty helpdesk’ and speak to one of our team to collect your badge 
  • Registration will be open at the times listed below under ‘Opening times’ 

Congress app

Download ISUOG 2025, the official Congress app, for access to the latest information regarding the scientific program, social events, speakers, important updates, and to take part in Q&A and polls. To access the app, search "ISUOG 2025” in your smartphone’s app store. Alternatively, scan the relevant QR code below:

To log in, follow the instructions below: 
  • Open the app, then insert your name and the email address you used to register for the event 
  • Check your texts/email inbox for an access code 
  • Insert the code in the app and accept the terms & conditions 
  • Start using the app 
 
The app requires iOS 17 and higher or Android 12 and higher. Kindle Fire and other devices that use the Amazon App Store are not supported. Please note that all on-demand content will be published on the ISUOG Academy (ISUOG website) after the event and no session recordings will be hosted on the Congress app. If you have any questions, visit the app support desk at the registration desks. 

On-demand: the ISUOG Academy

Sessions will be available to watch on-demand on the ISUOG Academy (not the Congress app) after the Congress.
 
The ISUOG Academy can be accessed in the Education section of the ISUOG website, or via this link. You will need to use the email address that is associated with your ISUOG membership, and your password (click ‘forgot password’ if you need to reset your password). Once logged in, you will be able to see Congress content under the ‘My Learning' section. Content will only be available after the Congress – there will not be anything published before the event dates.
 
Congress videos will be available for 12 months, for Congress delegates only. Pre-Congress course videos will be available for 1 month, for pre-Congress course delegates only. Recordings will be available no sooner than 24 hours after they happened live. For delegates who register late/onsite, there may be a short delay to access to the ISUOG Academy. 

Abstract presenter (OC, OP, EP) information

  • Please see here for all your instructions  
  • Most importantly, oral communication (OC) and oral poster (OP) presenters must submit your presentation in the speaker preparation room (Tulum 1-2) no less than 3 hours before the session start time. If we have not received your final presentation prior to three hours before your session start time, we cannot guarantee your correct presentation will be processed. If you have any questions about your role onsite, then please visit the speaker preparation room where a member of our team will be able to support you. Please do this as soon as possible when you are onsite. Speaker preparation will be open at the times listed below under ‘Opening times’ 
  • ePoster (EP) presenters must submit your ePosters online by 27 August, before the Congress. You cannot submit them onsite. The ePosters will be available to view online and on screens onsite  

Invited faculty information

  • Please see here for all your instructions 
  • Most importantly, you must submit your presentation in the speaker preparation room (Tulum 1-2) no less than 3 hours before the session start time.   • Faculty shuttle bus: It is a short walk between the InterContinental hotel and Cancun Center. However, a bus will be available for invited faculty only, on a first come, first serve basis, as follows:

Exhibition hall and catering

The exhibition and catering will be located on the ground floor of the venue. Tea, coffee and water will be available during the day. Lunch will be available at the hours indicated in the scientific program. Please note snacks will not be provided, but there are various cafes and restaurants within the vicinity of the venue. The exhibition will be open at the times listed below under ‘Opening times’.

ePosters

All ePosters will be available to view online and on screens on the first floor of the venue, onsite. 

Language and translation

The official language of the Congress is English. Wordly AI translation will be available for live scientific program sessions, from English into Mexican Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. Delegates must bring their own mobile devices to access this. If you choose the audio option rather than the transcript, you must use your own headphones/earphones. If the audio is not working on your device, please make sure the volume is up/un-muted, and keep the Wordly webpage open on your device while listening.
 
Delegates can access the live translation service using any of the below 3 methods: 
 
  • Open the Congress app and find your session in the Scientific Program, then click the link in the session description; OR 
  • Open the Congress app and navigate to the ‘session translation’ page and click the relevant link for the room you are in; OR 
  • Visit this webpage and click the relevant link for the room you are in.

CME/CPD and certificates of attendance

All registered delegates who attend the Congress and complete a post-event evaluation survey by the deadline, will receive a certificate of attendance. See here for more details.
