Exhibitor registration and badge collection

Badge types:

  • Exhibitor stand badges: These allow holders to the Exhibition and any relevant meeting room/hospitality suite of their company, but not to scientific sessions. This type of badge only bears the company name and cannot be reprinted if lost/misplaced. It can be collected either individually by the person it has been assigned to or in bulk by the company administrator, then distributed to their team ahead of access time (see more information below).
  • Industry scientific badges: These allow holders to all areas of the Congress, including scientific sessions. These do not include ISUOG membership. We understand industry partner staff may need to attend main-program scientific sessions. Industry scientific badges are for this purpose. This type of badge is individually named and can only be individually collected by the named person (no bulk collection) at one of the badge collection points or registration helpdesks.
  • Industry support staff badges: These are for support staff (baristas, scan demonstration models, AV technicians etc.) who are operational and are not representing the exhibiting company. These badges are only available to exhibitors with Hospitality Suites, and allow holders access to the Exhibition and any relevant Hospitality Suite of their company, but not to scientific sessions. These badges need to be collected as a group by the exhibitor administrator and handed to the support staff. This type of badge only bears the company name and cannot be reprinted if lost/misplaced

IMPORTANT: There will be no access to the Congress without a badge.

Important information:

  • Each exhibitor/sponsor badge (of any type) must be allocated to an individual person with a unique email address via the exhibitor portal, by the company representative/administrator. All badges must be allocated to staff prior to the Congress, even in cases where the badge doesn’t have the person’s name printed.
  • If a badge holder wishes to self-print their own badge, they can proceed directly to the ‘Badge Collection’ self-printing points in the registration area to do so (ground floor). In order to collect a badge, the name/email of the badge holder must be typed into the touchscreens.
  • Should you choose to collect the exhibitor badges as a group, the named company representative/administrator must visit the staffed registration desks and provide the names of all exhibitor badge holders and make arrangements to distribute the badges before the live event. Priority access to the registration helpdesks for bulk printing will be on Saturday 13 September, from 12:00 to 17:00. Administrators will only be able to bulk print exhibitor badges that have not already been printed by individual members/badge-holders of your group.
  • Exhibitor stand badges and industry support staff badges cannot be re-printed, so please ensure you keep your badge safe and displayed during the whole event, as you will be denied access without it.
  • All individuals on your company badge list will have been sent joining instructions allowing them to self-print their own badge, if they choose to do so.
  • Please note that any hostesses/AV technicians/catering staff/scan demonstration models who need access to an industry symposium or Hospitality Suite must have a valid industry support staff badge, which must be purchased in advance and allocated to their name, then collected in bulk by the company administrator on 13 September 12:00-17:00.
  • From 13 September onwards, the onsite fees will apply for all badge purchases with strictly no exceptions
