  • The headquarters hotel for Congress 2026 is offering ISUOG delegates who book via the special link below a 15% discount on the Best Available Rates* at the time of booking (please note the hotel uses dynamic pricing). Hotel rates include breakfast and VAT, with full prepayment required at the time of booking, and cancellation allowed up to 7 days prior to arrival. Room rates: 
The 15% discounted Best Available Rates are offered to Congress delegates (card payment in full required for booking, with all nights charged upon reservation, refundable as per the cancellation terms below) for the Congress dates of 4-7 September 2026. The booking form will also allow Congress delegates to book any time between 2-9 September 2026. Delegates who have any issues booking their stay should contact the hotel using the above contact details.
Please note:
  • Guarantee on check-in: All guests must also present a credit card on check-in as a guarantee. All individual charges including the room rate and charges incurred through the use of miscellaneous services must be paid by guests prior to departure. The hotel reserves the right to debit the guests’ credit card given as a guarantee if the guest fails to pay on departure. All Congress attendees must be prepared to make any onsite payments by credit/debit card (inc. contactless).
  • Cancellation: Cancellations within 7 days (or less) before the arrival will result in full payment of the whole reservation; reservations can otherwise be cancelled up to 7 days before the arrival date without a penalty (with the pre-payment returned in full).
  • In case of no-show, you will be charged in full for your whole stay. In case of early departure, you will be charged for all your remaining nights in full.
  • Breakfast: Breakfast is included in the special booking link rates.
  • Check in: Rooms are available for check in from 03:00 pm on the day of arrival. 
  • Check out: Check out time is at 12:00 pm on the day of departure.
