Please read the following information if you have been asked to submit an Electronic Poster.

SciGen will be in contact in early July with information on how to submit your poster through the portal. Please wait for this email.
 

Deadline for submitting your ePoster is 21 August, 11:59 p.m. (EST). ePosters cannot be submitted after this date or onsite at the Congress.

  • Maximum of 1 (one) PowerPoint slide is allowed.
  • Download ISUOG’s Poster template hereYou can use your own template if preferred.
  • All ePosters will be made available view on the app and web-view of the app for up to one month after the Congress.
  • If you use AI in your presentation writing/preparation process, this should only be used to improve the writing style. You must check any AI-generated content before finalising and presenting your presentation, and must disclose that it has been used. Presenters are responsible for the contents of the work, ensuring it is accurate and original.
 
How to submit: 
 
These instructions are written for PowerPoint, but are applicable to any other software you may wish to use. Use PowerPoint 2007 or newer, and set the dimensions of your ePoster to 140 cm (55 in) width 70 cm (27.5 in) height, in landscape orientation.
 
  • Number of pages (slides): one (1)
  • Make sure your text and background have a large contrast (dark lettering on a light background or the reverse).
  • For embedded images, prefer .jpeg or .png file formats in a resolution of 72 or 96 dpi. 
  • Do not use animated effects, “animations”, and videos.
  • Before submitting, save your ePoster as a PDF file. All recent versions of PowerPoint and most other software applications allow you to save your ePoster as a PDF file from the "File > Save as" menu or through the "File > Print > as PDF" option.
