Space assignments

Exhibit space assignments are based on priority allocation (according to sponsorship level), loyalty (previous attendance rating) and then become open on a first come, first served basis according to the date the booking form is received. Please ensure you list your preferred space on the booking form.

Booth space

A special 10 x 10 booth package (including power, lighting and furniture):                                       £1,950 ($3,900)

• 10ft x10ft piped and draped area
• Standard carpet
• 1 x header sign
• 1 x table
• 2 x chairs
• 1 power outlet
• 2 x spotlights
• 1 x waste paper bin

A 10 x 10 booth space only (without power, lighting or furniture):                                                          £1,750 ($3,500)

• 10x10 piped and draped area
• Standard carpet
• 1 x header sign

Space only exhibits

Price per 100 square feet of space for free build purposes:                                                                   £2,100 ($4,200)

• Free build stands have a minimum 3 open sides, and are guaranteed to be island stands if over 4 units
• Diamond, Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors receive additional price reductions for exhibition space units (please see ‘Sponsorship levels’ for further information and minimum space requirements).

NB: A minimum 2 units must be purchased to qualify for free build space, space available in 100 square feet units only

Exhibition services
The following services are included for all exhibitors:

• 3.5 days exhibit exposure
• Two exhibition access passes per 10x10 space allocation
• One delegate bag including final program and abstracts book per 10x10 space
• Up to 5 one off visitor passes for the exhibition per 10x10 space
• Participation for all registered personnel in the welcome reception party
• Acknowledgement and company profile in the final program documentation
• Exhibition technical manual
• Daily cleaning of aisles and common areas

Exhibitor badges

Exhibitors must wear their exhibitor badges at all times, and will be required to gain access to the venue. Please note that exhibitor badges do not allow access to scientific sessions. Insurance

Companies participating in the Congress are reminded that they will need to make their own arrangements to cover their own insurance risks for damage, liability, cancellation or curtailment from the point of booking onwards and for the during the exhibition.
