General Information
Children
Due to the nature of the educational sessions, we do not allow children to attend the sessions. Children may walk through the exhibit hall if they are accompanied by an adult who will assume responsibility for any damage to exhibits caused by the child. Children are not permitted in the Exhibit Hall during the exhibit setup and dismantlement period.
Data protection
If you do not wish to receive further information about the 18th World Congress on Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology, please contact Congrex Sweden and request that your name be removed from the mailing list. Alternatively please tick the relevant box on your online booking form.

All best endeavours will be made to present the scientific and social programs as printed. However the 18th World Congress on Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology and its agents reserve the right to alter or cancel without prior notice any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to the Congress, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The Congress and its agents are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alterations.
Insurance
Delegates are advised to take out their own insurance to cover personal possessions, travel and cancellation.
The official language of the Congress is English. There will be no translation of sessions.
Videotaping and Photography
ISUOG does not allow any unauthorised videotaping or photography during the World Congress or Pre-Congress Courses.
Visa
Please check the United States Department of State website, www.unitedstatesvisas.gov, for up-to-date information on visa requirements. Please note that delegates will need to organise their own visa.
