OC presenters and invited faculty can now upload their presentations for the Congress (click here to login to upload you presentation). The site will be open until Monday 7 September 2009. Please note that all OC and invited presentations will need to be uploaded in advance of sessions, there will be no lap top plug in facilities this year. Please visit the speaker preparation room on site with any queries or for further information. .
The deadline to upload posters (OP and P presentations) has now passed. If you still need to upload your poster please contact M-Events at : helpdesk@m-events.eu
Technical Information
Please note that all technical aspects of these presentations will be managed by M Events Cross Media GmbH.
Oral Communication and Poster authors, should upload their presentations to our protected server in advance to guarantee inclusion in the program.
In good time before the conference you will receive an e-mail from M Events with your personal login for the Internet Upload as well as detailed information.
A network-based presentation system will be employed for the conference, along with an interface which will ensure the quality of all presentations. All rooms are equipped with the necessary technical requirements, and additional back-up systems. Please note that in no circumstances will personal laptops be permitted.
Please note the following instructions:
• Only MS-PowerPoint (*.ppt and *.pptx) presentations will be accepted (video is acceptable).
• Presentations attached to e-mails cannot be processed.
• Remember to attach and clearly name your video files, as they cannot be embedded into the presentation.
• Templates are provided by ISUOG and should be followed.

Abstracts that have been accepted for presentation will be published as a supplement to ISUOG’s official Journal Ultrasound in Obstetrics & Gynecology. By submitting your abstract you automatically agree to transfer of copyright to ISUOG should your abstract be accepted.
