A special discounted registration fee is available on or before 31 March 2009 to those submitting abstracts. After this date normal registration fees will apply. Abstracts CANNOT be published or included in the program unless the appropriate registration fee has been received, and those that remain unregistered or unpaid at the print deadline will be automatically withdrawn from the program.
Authors who require the abstract to be accepted in order to be funded to attend the meeting should note that the registration fees are fully refundable minus £25 administration fee in the case of abstract rejection.

Payment for ISUOG 2009 will be accepted online by credit card (American Express, MasterCard or Visa). If you are unable to pay by credit card, please contact Congrex AB Sweden on the details above.

Amendments to registrations
Any amendments to registrations must be submitted, in writing, to Congrex AB Sweden. There will be no charge for registration name changes or substitutions. Please do not resubmit your registration online.
Registration cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be sent, in writing, to Congrex AB Sweden. Cancellations will be accepted up to and including 13 August 2009, with a refund of all prepaid fees minus a 20% cancellation charge. Refunds after this date will only be made under exceptional circumstances and will be at the sole discretion of the Organising Committees. No refunds will be made for requests received after 30 September 2009.
Confirmation and joining instructions
Confirmation of registration will be sent to all delegates whose payment has been received. Joining instructions will be emailed in September2009 to assist you with your visit to Hamburg. Please ensure you submit your email address when registering.
