UOG Trainee Editor recruitment

Ultrasound in Obstetrics & Gynecology (UOG) is looking to appoint Trainee Editors to support the editorial process of the Journal under the supervision of the Editor-in-Chief. This is an exciting opportunity to gain first-hand knowledge of every step of the peer-review process and develop the skills required to make editorial decisions. The role of the Trainee Editor will involve managing new submissions, performing peer reviews and participating in editorial meetings.

Prospective applicants for the position: 
•    should themselves be newly specialized or in their final year(s) of training to specialize in obstetrics and/or gynecology;
•    should be able to demonstrate a particular interest and some degree of experience in the publication and communication of research findings.

There is no honorarium for this role but some expenses may be covered. The position will commence in September 2024.
