Acknowledgements: This work would not have been possible without the efforts of many other individuals across a spectrum of maternal and fetal medicine.  These include our imaging colleagues who recognize abnormalities and refer patients to our Advanced Fetal Imaging service at EFW Radiology.  Without the tireless efforts towards excellence in imaging demonstrated by our MFM sonographers, none of the images in these 15 chapters would have been possible.  Finally, while we strive to identify phenotypes, this work could not have been created without the immense contributions of our colleagues in the Prenatal Medical Genetics service who take our images and explore the ever increasing realm of genotype identification and grow our knowledge of fetal anomalies by leaps and bounds.
