Trainees/residents and sonographers/radiographers

Proof of status: All trainees, residents, sonographers and radiographers will need to submit proof of their trainee, resident, sonographer or radiographer status by way of a letter from their Department or Institution. The letter must be in English and dated within the last 3 months. The document can be uploaded at the time of registering or sent by email to [email protected].

Sonographer definition: A sonographer is a non-physician medical imaging professional who performs diagnostic medical sonography, or diagnostic ultrasound.

Trainee/resident definition: A trainee is a medical professional who is not yet fully qualified or practicing without supervision within their chosen specialty and in accordance with the relevant national regulatory authorities; a resident is in residency training which leads to specially or subspecialty) certification.

Low resource country discount

Non-members: All non-members registering for the course will receive ISUOG basic membership for 12 months, starting approximately the week after the live event. When registering, you will have the opportunity to pay and upgrade your basic membership if you wish, to include a 12-month subscription to the Journal Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology (UOG) either online (only) or hard copy print and online.

*Cancellation of a registration must be communicated via email to [email protected]. Verbal changes of cancellation are not accepted. For virtual cancellations confirmed on or before 15 Feburary 2026, there will be a £30 charge applied to the registration fee which will be deducted at the time of refund. Membership fees are non-refundable. Please note the refund will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. For virtual cancellations confirmed after 15 Feburary 2026, there will be no refunds and attendees will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the registration fees. Dr Meetan Preet, is currently working as a Fetal Imaging specialist and consultant Fetal medicine at Prime Diagnostics center, Chandigarh, India. She has obtained her post doctoral fellowship from Mediscans in Chennai, India under Prof. S. Suresh.

Meetan is also working as a Consultant and Advisor to Medgenome Genetic Labs, India.

She has been a gold medalist during her graduation. She has several publications in national and international journals.

Her special interests include the fetal face and 3D, 4D in field of fetal medicine.

Prof. Suresh Seshadri (India) ISUOG Trustee

Prof. Suresh Seshadri is the Director of MediScan systems Diagnostic Ultrasound, Fetal Medicine and training Centre in Chennai, Tamil Nadu INDIA. The Centre was started in 1982 and is a tertiary referral centre for Prenatal diagnosis and Fetal Therapy.

He is also a Professor of Practice at the department of Medical Science, IIT Madras. His special interests include Fetal interventions, teaching ultrasound and Fetal Medicine, Device development for use in ultrasound training, developing fetal databases for ultrasound reporting including Birth defects registry and artificial intelligence. He is a visiting Professor in Perinatology in the Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education & Research in Chennai and The PSG institute of Higher Education Coimbatore. He is actively working for standardization of Obstetric Ultrasound through implementation of the ISUOG basic training across the country. Dr Suresh also is the CEO of the Voluntary Health Services Multispecialty Hospital, a public charity where he actively strives to provide affordable health care to the community. He is a Trustee of the Fetal Care Research Foundation, which helps the underprivileged and provides preventive, supportive and curative care for birth defects and rare disorders. He strongly believes that the best of medical technology should be available for the common man. His other interests include Nature and wildlife photography and Amateur radio.

Yes, ISUOG offers certificates of attendance for our education courses. Please note the ISUOG certificate of attendance will be available for one year after a course.

Does ISUOG offer CME certificates for education courses?

Education courses with CME accreditation will be clearly highlighted on the webpage, please check the course webpage for all information and updates on this.

Please note the CME certificate will be available for one month after the live event day of the course. After one month registered delegates will only be able to download their ISUOG certificate of attendance.

If CME is not clearly advertised then the course has no accreditation attributed to it.

Following a course registered delegates will receive an email with a link to submit an evaluation form.
