Gustavo Malinger is Associated Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Sackler School of Medicine, Tel-Aviv University. Director Division of Prenatal Diagnosis Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology Wolfson Medical Center, Holon, Israel. He is also a current Board Member of ISUOG. He has organized and directed more than 40 courses and seminars on Fetal Brain imaging in 25 countries.

He is specialised in obstetrical ultrasound and, more recently, in gynecological ultrasound including endometriosis uterine malformations and gynecological oncology. Dr Roee Birnbaum is an obstetrician and gynecologist, focusing on fetal ultrasound and prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformations, including early diagnosis. He is currently working in the OB-GYN Ultrasound division at the Tel Aviv medical center, focusing on fetal brain malformations, and early diagnosis of fetal anomalies. Previously, he was working under the direct instruction of Prof. Dario Paladini, at the Istituto Giannina Gaslini pediatric hospital, Genova, Italy, focusing on fetal heart and brain malformations. He is a faculty member of several teaching courses worldwide. His main research focus is the fetal brain (normal and pathology), and early brain development.
