ISUOG is pleased to present the E-Poster Programme at the ISUOG India Symposium. Please see the guidance below for full details of the E-Poster submission and review process.
The E-Poster programme offers clinicians, trainees, and researchers the opportunity to showcase original research, clinical experience, and innovative practice in ultrasound in obstetrics and gynaecology. E-Posters are displayed on dedicated screens during the Symposium and are available to all registered delegates both onsite and on-demand via the event platform.

Submissions are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Early submission is strongly encouraged. All submissions must follow the official E-Poster template and present original, clinically relevant work related to ultrasound in obstetrics and gynecology.
Trainee submissions
Trainees and residents must provide proof of status (a letter from their Department or Institution in English, dated within the last six months), submitted with the application.
Display and attendance
Accepted E-Posters will be displayed during scheduled breaks and during a dedicated E-Poster session following Day 1 of the Symposium. No oral presentation or live Q&A is required; however, accepted authors must attend the Symposium onsite for their E-Poster to be displayed.
Discounts and prizes

All submitters receive a 10% discount for onsite registration

Trainees who provide proof of status receive a further 5% discount (15% overall)

Discounts may be combined with other offers
The top three E-Posters will receive exclusive ISUOG prizes, announced during the dedicated E-Poster session. First place will be awarded two free registrations to ISUOG and ATC courses, while second and third place will each receive one free registration to ISUOG and ATC courses. All prize winners will also receive an ISUOG gift pack.
