OP presentations:
 
Poster format:
  • A maximum of 1 (one) PowerPoint slides are allowed. An additional title slide is permitted if necessary.
  • Total duration of your presentation must not exceed 2 (two) minutes. 
  • 2 (two) minutes discussion is allocated to each OC. We expect this to be at the end of the talk. Chairs, at their discretion, may save discussion till all presentations have been delivered. 
  • You are requested to attend the entire session to answer questions and to participate in any discussion, if relevant.

How to submit:
 
Please note we are using a new process (different to previous years) and will not be requesting presentations are submitted before the Congress via the Arinex system. All presenting authors are asked to proactively check this page for updates on how to submit your presentation PowerPoint slides, either pre-Congress or onsite at the Congress.
