This year, we are delighted to be welcoming six travel grantees to the ISUOG World Congress in September. Hear from one of the 2025 travel grantees, Dr Ghanem Ahmed, from Tunisia.

With just one month until the start of the ISUOG World Congress in Cancun, Mexico, our President, Prof. Reem Abu-Rustum, shares a personal invite to this year's much-anticipated event.

Attendees of the ISUOG World Congress 2025 will be able to claim CMGO/CME/CPD credits for their attendance of the event.

This year, ISUOG has chosen to honour Prof. Kurt Hecher with the Society’s most prestigious award, the Ian Donald Gold Medal, for his outstanding scientific contribution to the advancement of ultrasound in obstetrics and gynecology.

ISUOG is currently running discount on membership until the end of 2025, with an offer of 25% of basic and journal membership prices.

Last month, ISUOG facilitated a successful Basic Training (BT) course in Lechería, Venezuela, to help empower ultrasound providers and transform outcomes for women within resource-limited communities.

ISUOG is proud to share that the success of its first project with the World Health Organization (WHO), ‘Implementation Research to Scale-up and Evaluate the Impact of Antenatal Corticosteroids on Preterm Newborn Outcomes’ (ACS-IR), has paved the way for a larger trial in July 2025.

Given the current humanitarian crisis in Ukraine, it is important to travel grantee Dr Inessa Safonova to bring knowledge and experience back to Ukraine for the women in need.
