Partnership terms and conditions 2024

Rights and confidentiality
Any agreed projects, events and programmes shall not be exclusive i.e. neither party is restricted from opportunities for arrangements with other organisations towards the independent organisations’ goals or the shared goals of this agreement. Non-disclosure of the content of this and other agreements made between the parties shall be observed, to be shared only as mutually agreed.
 
Branding
Both parties agree to seek approval from the other for all promotional items bearing their name and/or logo before making them public.
 
Financial terms
There are no financial obligations and no ISUOG financial commitments beyond reduced delegate fees.
 
Discounts offered are as follows:
  • 15% discount code: for low/middle income countries
  • 10% discount code: for societies from high-income countries
OR
  • 20% group discount code*: for all societies who can guarantee at least 50 attendees
*Important: if the society does not reach the minimum 50 registrations, ISUOG reserves the right to refrain from offering the society a group discount at next year’s Congress.
 
Conditions
As part of the partnership agreement, the partner society must:
 
  • Actively promote and market the ISUOG World Congress from the date of agreement until the dates of the event as broadly as possible to your community. Including but not limited to the following actions for the early bird registration deadline (14 July 2024):
  • Send at least one direct email regarding the ISUOG Congress to your members and contact database (ISUOG can provide text for this)
  • Post at least one social media post regarding the ISUOG Congress on their organisation’s social media platforms - using the hashtag #ISUOG2024 and tagging @ISUOG (ISUOG can provide text for this)
  • Add the ISUOG Congress link to their website and events calendar if applicable (ISUOG can provide text and a logo for this)
  • List the ISUOG Congress in the holding slides of any events they may host between the date of agreement and the Congress dates
  • Share information about the ISUOG Congress in their newsletter
  • Provide ISUOG details of local and regional relevant events for promotion and, where appropriate, represent the ISUOG Congress at these meetings
