This page contains information for invited faculty at the ISUOG World Congress 2024. Please ensure that you read the following carefully in advance of the event.
The ISUOG Scientific Committee are currently developing the World Congress program. Invitations for faculty and abstract presenters will be sent in May 2024. Further details about the event and information to help you prepare will be published on this page later in the year.
Venue
The Congress will be hosted at the Hungexpo Congress and Exhibition Centre, Budapest, Hungary. For more information and travel details, please see the event information page.
Visas
Important information:
- ISUOG strongly advises that attendees only register for the World Congress once they are confident that they can legally enter Hungary/will be able to obtain a visa in time to do so. Refunds will not be provided to those who have not allowed enough time to have their visa approved.
- It is the attendee’s own responsibility to check and fulfil any visa requirements for entry into Hungary (and for any other countries that attendees stop at on the way to Hungary).
- It is the attendee’s own responsibility to arrange any personal travel insurance wanted or needed for entry into Hungary (and for any other countries that attendees stop at the way to Hungary).

Faculty entitlements

Registration and accommodation is only ever provided through ISUOG's official website. If you are unsure about any transaction or email, please email [email protected] and we will investigate your concerns. Please only communicate with [email protected] regarding Congress accommodation.
Program format
Please note that the 2024 ISUOG World Congress will be held fully onsite/in-person, so there will be no virtual presentations. Please see the scientific program page for more information and to view the program overview.
Committee meetings at the Congress
