Registration and badge collection

  • Registration will be located on the Upper Boulevard of the Maritime Suite at the Excel London (Level 3). The registration desks will be the first thing you see when you enter the Maritime Suite.
  • You must collect (self-print) your badge from the badge collection points, before accessing the event. To do so, use the touchscreens to type in the email address or last name you used to register. Please also have your confirmation number to hand.
  • Please only use the registration support desks if you have a query/addition to make to your existing registration or have an outstanding balance to clear.
  • Invited Faculty and ISUOG Trustees: please come to the dedicated ‘faculty registration’ desk and speak to one of our team to collect your badge
  • Registration will be open at the times listed below under ‘Opening times’
  • Abstract book (printed): If you have purchased a printed copy of the abstract book, we will post them to your specified delivery address by December 2026; please allow an extra 2-3 weeks for delivery

Congress app

Download ISUOG 2026, the official Congress app, for access to the latest information regarding the scientific program, social events, speakers, important updates, and to take part in Q&A and polls. To access the app, search "ISUOG 2026” in your smartphone’s app store. Alternatively, scan the relevant QR code below:
Google play:                             Apple store

If you attended last year’s Congress and still have the ISUOG 2025 app on your device, please delete it before you download the ISUOG 2026 app.
To log in, follow the instructions below:
  • Open the ISUOG 2026 app, and click on the event (if the event isn't showing up, search 'ISUOG')
  • Insert your name and the email address you used to register for the event
  • Check your texts/email inbox for an access code*
  • Insert the code in the app and accept the terms & conditions
  • Start using the app
*Access codes come through much faster via text than via email. If you did not add your mobile number when you registered for the event, we recommend logging in to your registration form to add this before downloading/accessing the app. Those who did not add their phone number to their registration will not receive a text and will need to wait longer for the email to come through containing the access code.
The app requires iOS 26 and higher or Android 17 and higher. Kindle Fire and other devices that use the Amazon App Store are not supported.
Please note that all on-demand content will be published on the ISUOG Academy (ISUOG website) after the event and no session recordings will be hosted on the Congress app.
If you have any questions, visit the 'app support' desk at the registration desks onsite.

Language and translation

The official language of the Congress is English, however Wordly AI translation will be available for live scientific program sessions, from English into 60 languages. Visit this webpage for more information.
Delegates must bring their own mobile devices to access Wordly AI translation. If you choose the audio option rather than the transcript, you must use your own headphones/earphones. If the audio is not working on your device, please make sure the volume is up/un-muted, and keep the Wordly webpage open on your device while listening.
Delegates can access the live translation service using any of the below 3 methods:
  • Open the Congress app and find your session in the Scientific Program, then click the link in the session description; OR
  • Open the Congress app and navigate to the ‘session translation’ page and click the relevant link for the room you are in; OR
  • Visit this webpage and click the relevant link for the room you are in.
Please note, ISUOG is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate translation, nor disruption to the service.

Virtual access

If anything changes and you are not able to attend in-person, your current valid registration will allow you to watch the Congress virtually, either on the app or via a web browser.  No changes need to be made to your registration to enable you virtual access – everything is already set up. Virtual joining instructions can be found here.

You can access the Congresss virtual either via the Congress app (as detailed above) or on your desktop:

As a registered delegate you will also have access to recordings of the Congress scientific content on-demand, after the Congress.

Once logged in, you will be able to see Congress content under the ‘My Learning' section. Content will only be available after the Congress – there will not be anything published before the event dates.
Congress videos will be available for 12 months, for Congress delegates only. Recordings will be available no sooner than 24 hours after they happened live. For delegates who register late/onsite, there may be a short delay to access to the ISUOG Academy. Please contact [email protected] if you have any trouble accessing the ISUOG Academy.

Therefore, ISUOG has a Code of Conduct, which it reviews periodically and has recently updated. This Code sets out the standards of conduct that we expect from everyone in the ISUOG community. The ISUOG World Congress is one of the most important parts of our annual calendar. You, the invited faculty are figureheads in our community who we rely on and must lead by example. Therefore, we ask that you read the Code and respond to this form (ISUOG World Congress 2026: Code of conduct acceptance Survey) by Tuesday, 1st September 2026 to confirm you will adhere to the Code during any participation in ISUOG events and activities.
